Pegasus Resources New President, Muddy!
Pegasus Resources New President Chris Timmins. aka: Muddy
It was late 2020 when I made my first purchase of Pegasus Resources. Fast-forward to 2022, I have accumulated a 2% position in the company and developed a relationship with management and shareholders alike, leading to my new role as president.
The stock market has been kind to me over the years. Through the ups and downs, I have managed to survive and grow financially and professionally. I am excited to be putting the energy that financial independence offers into Pegasus and creating shareholder value through exploration, discoveries, and resource growth.
What can we expect for PEGA in the near term?
Uranium prices are not as exciting as they were only a few weeks back. However, the overall outlook is still bullish from the supply/demand perspective. Whether it’s the green revolution, peak oil, or climate change, we will be using oil and gas for much longer than anyone wants without nuclear energy.
In a May 05, 2022, telephone interview with Kitco News, John Ciampaglia, CEO of Sprott Asset Management, stated,
“We think there is still a lot of runway left in the uranium price. There is a serious supply and demand imbalance in the market that can only be fixed with higher prices,"
Two years ago, you couldn't have a conversation about nuclear energy. There was still a lot of fear in the market," said Ciampaglia. "Now everyone wants to talk about it. The conversation is just getting started as governments want clean, secure, and reliable energy."
While many of us wait for uranium prices to resume their march higher, PEGA will be securing permits where needed, analyzing historical data, and exploring. All leading up to drilling!
